1. Switch to the Antique Silk Negatives Layout. This is preferred since it doesn't have borders in the design.
2. Customize your journal style. Go to Custom CSS and follow the instructions below.

Which part of the CSS on this controls the size of the userpics and the fact that they're round instead of square?
